Next-Generation Education initiatives use an expansive approach that focuses on developing integrated, sustainable, health care workforce education programs with an emphasis on primary care and increasing access in Arizona’s rural and underserved communities. We provide innovative, collaborative learning opportunities for new students and seasoned practitioners to learn, practice and assess their understanding of procedures in a high-tech, realistically simulated environment. Using design thinking, we engage students from all disciplines in the development of solutions to health care challenges.
